In collaboration with OMA and Rem Koolhaas, I was awarded the account to design the interactive kiosk for Prada’s new beauty line. The kiosk I designed would diagnose a client’s skin conditions and then recommend Prada beauty products. Customers would receive a print out of the diagnosis and a specialist would pull the product from a giant wall of color coded boxes. The integration of the science of the products, the architecture, and the design of the kiosk were tightly woven.
