I lead eBay’s UX design systems team consisting of six UX designers. My charter was to envision a new product strategy for the purpose of redesigning and evolving the eBay experience and design system across platforms. I created a virtual design Charrette with eBay’s top designers across the country. We created dozens of potential strategic directions resulting in the creation of a new design system that will be used as the core design system for all of eBay.com and their mobile apps.
