I lead a team of fifteen UX designers to reimagine and launch the global Apple shopping website, iPad and iPhone apps in 30 languages. Apple is the second largest ecommerce website in the world. We rebuilt the backend, created new measuring tools and recreated the experience from the ground up from home page to checkout. I received two patents for the invention of the virtual Apple Specialist experience.
